Documented quality checks for cream whippers and drinkware
Real inspection photographs from the MOWXI team and MOWXI-owned or affiliated factory sites document category-specific checks for cream whippers and drinkware. Parameters, sampling and acceptance criteria are confirmed for each applicable product and order.

Five documented checks for the MX-500AB cream whipper
Owner-confirmed photographs show the MOWXI team carrying out coating, charger, leakage and dimensional checks on the main-selling MX-500AB model, plus packing checks on one documented production batch.

Coating adhesion spot check
The MOWXI team uses a cross-hatch and tape check to spot-check adhesion of the black surface coating. Acceptance is confirmed against the applicable order requirements.

Charger fitting and function check
A standard 8g N₂O charger is fitted to check installation, piercing, gas charging and the basic function of the assembled whipper.

Pressurized immersion leakage check
After charging, selected units are immersed in water and observed for the established inspection interval for visible leakage.

Finished-product dimensional sampling
Finished MX-500AB samples are measured for overall height and body diameter against the confirmed product requirements.

Outer-carton width and gross-weight verification
The same packed production batch is checked for outer-carton width and gross weight. Customer and order identifiers are permanently redacted from the public image.
These photographs document MOWXI inspection activity; they are not a third-party certificate or a universal sampling standard. Test intervals, sampling levels and acceptance criteria remain specific to the applicable order.

The photographs below show actual inspection work at MOWXI-owned or affiliated factory sites. They demonstrate the types of checks carried out without claiming an unverified sampling plan, test parameter or result.

Finished-product appearance, logo and dimensional sampling
Finished drinkware samples are reviewed for overall appearance, applied logo and dimensions.

Stainless steel tumbler-body surface inspection
Stainless steel tumbler bodies are checked for visible surface condition during production.

Lid, assembly and finished-product appearance inspection
Lids, assembly and finished-product appearance are reviewed across prepared drinkware samples.

Thermal or vacuum performance testing
Stainless steel drinkware bodies undergo thermal or vacuum performance testing at the factory site.

Inner-wall or weld light inspection
Inner walls or weld areas are examined under direct light to make surface details visible.

How an order-level drinkware inspection is documented
This real, redacted record illustrates how MOWXI documents order-specific inspection work—from packing and shipping marks through product appearance, weight, visible defects and material-related checks. Customer-identifying and commercially sensitive fields have been permanently removed before publication.

What this record documents
The photographs and entries are organized around practical order-level checkpoints.
Packaging and shipping-mark review
Outer-carton shipping marks, side marks, inner-box packing, box labels and protective bags are photographed for order-level review.
Cross-hatch test documentation
A cross-hatch test area is photographed when surface-finish adhesion checking is included in the applicable inspection scope.
Product, lid and appearance checks
Finished-product presentation, lid components, bottom markings and visible cosmetic condition are recorded.
Carton and unit-weight verification
Carton weight and packed-unit weight are documented against the applicable packing and order requirements.
Defect documentation
Visible issues found during inspection are marked and photographed to support follow-up review.
Stainless steel material test
A material-related check is documented for the applicable stainless steel component; the method and criteria are confirmed for the product and order.
Documentation, not a certificate
This sample demonstrates the record format and photographed checkpoints. It does not disclose a customer relationship, publish an order result, confirm a universal test standard or imply customer endorsement. Sampling levels, methods and acceptance criteria are confirmed for each applicable product and order.
